National Convention has been rescheduled to January 21-24 2021 in Houston, TX. We understand that these dates may not be feasible for some of you and we have provided additional information in this memo to help answer any questions you may have.
Regional Retreats. As convention is being postponed, Regional Conferences, renamed to Regional Retreats are also postponed. Regional retreats will be scheduled for 2022, and will be the responsibility of the Regional Director of Alumnae Affairs (RDAA) and a committee of collegians and alumnae. Additional instructions will be provided via the Vice President of Alumnae Affairs. If you or your chapter would like to be involved, please contact your Collegiate Regional Director (CRD).
Refunds & Transfers. All attendees that paid registration fees for 2020 will be applied to 2021. If you can no longer attend for any reason, you do have options on transferring your registration OR requesting a refund.

- Refund Request Form: Requests for a refund will be honored with a 100% refund of your original payment. Requests due by 6/1 to this form: https://forms.gle/HfymAmEKFLv8XhNL7 No email requests will be processed. The refund request will only apply to registration received prior to 4/13 for the initial 2020 dates. On this form you can also ask that your refund is applied as a credit to your Lifetime Alumnae Dues, Chapter Account, or Individual Dues,
- 2021 Registration Refund Requests: If you register for convention after knowing the new dates the following refund schedule will apply:

- Refund Request Timeline: For all requests, you can expect the NC2020 Planning Committee to review refund requests and provide a response monthly. Your request is not processed until it is approved by the committee.
Convention Schedule. The schedule of events for the new dates for convention will be released at a later date as we finalize venues, speakers, and contracts for the events.
- Course excuse forms will also be available to members who may need to provide instructors with proof of your attendance to convention.
